Aman Sethi founded JICS Consulting after 10 years in Talent Acquisition Consulting working for Fujitsu, ING, Lloyds, TCS, Johnson & Johnson and Commonwealth Bank Of Australia.
Aman’s career has always been based in Australia however he has had exposure to global markets including India, Singapore, NZ, the UK, the US and the Philippines. With his in-depth understanding of the key differences in interview styles and search requirements across different industries & geographies, he is able to bridge the gaps for candidates through customised 1 on 1 coaching tailored to their unique situations and expertise.
